The mold business department of us has a number of precision mold manufacturing equipment with complete processes. The plastic business department currently has 54 precision injection molding machines of various tonnage equipped with 5-axis manipulator and assembly line for automatic punching (shearing) nozzles. Our annual production capacity is more than 20 million injection molded parts and more than 600 sets of mold manufacturing; In addition to the advantages of open mold injection molding, the auxiliary processes before and after the production of the mobile phone case are also complete: sheet cutting, pattern painting, epoxy dropping, leather pasting, silk screen printing, pad printing, assembly, packaging and other complete supporting technologies and processes which can provide customers with various types of mobile phone cases in good quality and diverse styles.
